- Booking & Deposit
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your event date and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Remaining Balance
The remaining balance for your event must be paid no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled event date. If the balance is not paid in full prior to the event, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this case, you will forfeit the 20% deposit.
- Delivery & Travel
Our listed prices are based on delivery within a 10-mile radius of East Calder. For locations beyond this radius, additional delivery charges may apply. These charges will cover fuel costs, staff wages, and time, and will be discussed during your consultation.
- Additional Charges
All prices listed are starting prices. Additional charges may apply based on your event requirements, such as specific customization requests, additional staff, or increased travel distances. Any extra charges will be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation.
- Damage or Loss of Equipment
You will be held responsible for any damage or loss of hire equipment during your event. In such cases, additional fees will be applied to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
- Cancellations
In the event that you need to cancel your booking, the 20% deposit is non-refundable. We recommend you review your event details thoroughly before confirming the booking.
- Event Attendance
If the balance for your event is not paid by the specified deadline, we will not attend the event, and you will lose the 20% deposit.
